On the Amazon site there is a list of all your enlisted gadgets (under your record, oversee gadgets) and you can deselect those not in your ownership. It will incite the cheat to enter another username and secret key and they will never again approach your substance. (It would be pleasant if Amazon could utilize this data to get the criminal—get some information about it on the get in touch with us catch.) If the problem is still exist you should reach Kindle Fire Support.

On the Amazon website there is a list of all your registered devices (under your account, manage devices) and you can deselect those not in your possession. It will prompt the thief to enter a new username and password and they will no longer have access to your content. (It would be nice if Amazon were able to use this information to catch the thief—ask them about it on the contact us button.) If the problem is still exist you should reach Kindle Fire Support.

If you want to deregister your Kindle device it prevents your all purchases that you being made on that Amazon account using that tablet and note your tablet’s serial number. You can get this in Manage Your Content and Devices under the Your Tablet tab.

To deregister your gadget:

  1. You have to go to Manage Your Content and Devices and select the Your Devices tab.
  2. Then you have to hit on the lost or stolen tablet, select the Actions [… button, and copy its serial number to provide to Customer Care.
  3. Then hit in the Deregister, and then click Deregister again to complete the process.

After the gadget has been deregistered, you should get in touch with Kindle Fire Support as soon as possible. You have to call Kindle Support on clicking the make contact with Us button placed on the left side of every Help page on the Amazon website.

At the time you contact Amazon Kindle Customer Service, they will mark the device as “Lost or Stolen”. This prevents the device from being registered to another Amazon account on most of the cases.
